FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
💬 Do I need a forklift?
If your item is over 30kg and you’re at a residential address, you’ll need a tail-lift truck or forklift. We offer tail-lift collection/delivery as an option during booking.
💬 I don’t have a pallet. What should I do?
You can often find free pallets at hardware stores or local businesses. If needed, we can arrange for a pallet to be supplied—just select that option at checkout.
💬 Can I ship something with oil or fuel in it?
No. All fluids must be completely drained before pickup. This is for safety and carrier compliance. Items with fluid may be refused.
💬 Do I need to be home?
Yes. Either you or someone must be present for collection and delivery. If no one is available, you can book depot drop-off and pickup where available.
💬 Is my freight insured?
Some carriers offer basic limited liability. You can add optional insurance during the booking process for peace of mind.
💬 Do I need to create an account?
Nope. Just book, pay, and go. Everything is handled online, and you’ll get updates by email or SMS.
💬 How long does delivery take?
Most freight arrives within 1–4 business days within New Zealand. Rural areas may take slightly longer.
