Do I need a forklift?
If your item is over 30kg and you’re at a residential address, you’ll need a tail-lift truck or forklift.
I don’t have a pallet. What should I do?
You can often find free pallets at hardware stores or local businesses. If needed, we can arrange for a pallet to be supplied—just select that option at checkout.
Can I ship something with oil or fuel in it?
No. All fluids must be completely drained before pickup. This is for safety and carrier compliance. Items with fluid may be refused.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. Either you or someone must be present for collection and delivery. If no one is available, you can book depot drop-off and pickup where available.
Is my freight insured?
Some carriers offer basic limited liability.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. Just book, pay, and go. Everything is handled online, and you’ll get updates by email or SMS.
How long does delivery take?
Most freight arrives within 1–4 business days within New Zealand. Rural areas may take slightly longer.
